Proud of our level of service, we take whatever time is needed when testing and believe charging ’per item’ is the fairest method. 

It is, therefore, important to be aware of the definition of an ‘item’:

•  When an appliance has a detachable mains lead, the lead is an item and the appliance is a second item. Other examples of single items are; extension leads, cube adaptors, RCD adaptors and mobile phone chargers.

The only addition to our ‘per item’ charge is vehicle parking costs and tolls, when incurred.
